Account Suspension Not showing and not allowing for appeal

There's been an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. Unfortunately, until that is fixed, there is nothing that can be done.

That is really unfortunate that there isn't a way to do it in the mean time over the phone or submit a ticket via support. I believe someone who was using a really racist word I called out mass reported my account -_-

Console suspensions do not show on the enforcement site.

Like I said,either a account on your console is suspended or it's possible you used a second account to avoid the suspension on your main account.

Anyway,console suspensions can't be appealed so it's a case of just waiting until the suspension is over.

Playstation actually has similar rules. They don't allow a way to appeal suspensions though.

Normally, any suspension will show up on your account so that you can appeal it. However, the Enforcement system has been broken for the last few days and Enforcements aren't showing up
