Account suspension not functioning.

I've recently got hacked on my microsoft account(minecraft related) (different one from this), created a ticket, filled in recovery form and answered all the questions, and the ticket has been escalated. I received a message from the staff team saying they've suspended the account indefinetly, which was 17 hours ago. The hacked account is still able to play minecraft with no problem(I use various websites to check the player's online status). Does this mean that the account didn't get suspended properly? or is it due to some issues? Also, is it possible for staff to kick an account from a microsoft account(I do not have access to the account, and I also have all the info required to get the account back; transaction id, purchase info, etc)?

Hi Theo!

Sorry to hear about what happened. I recommend that you reply back to the escalation team regarding your account suspension. If they suspend it, the hacker shouldn't be able to sign in your account to any Microsoft services including Xbox and its games.

If you believe that someone is still playing on your Minecraft account, try to check it with the Minecraft team by sending them a ticket through https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new
