    Account suspension/ need to speak with an enforcement representative


    my account has been comms suspended on 7/12/17 and I have been playing the online with no comm privileges until yesterday 7/15/17 so I log into my account today and it says I have yet another suspension for "harassment abuse and threats" and I'm very confused
    on how that can be considering I have no way for communication on this account so now I have another blemish on my suspension list and now I can't even play online multiplayer either and to top it off it added another 5 days onto my suspension.....if anyone
    from the enforcement team can get back to me and attempt to get this mess sorted out It would be greatly appreciated

    the only place to contact the enforcement team is by logging into enforcement.xbox.com. If the ban is eligible you can file a case review. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

    Unfortunately the enforcement team does not look at these forums they only handle inquiries through their website at enforcement.xbox.com and per the review representative 100 day bans do not qualify for reviews.

    Also they do put suspensions on consoles when there is a history of an account having enforcement activity on it that way the person with the enforcement action can not just make up another account and then play on that one while their suspension is ongoing
    on another account.

    I've contacted a representative and they pretty much told me to try to appeal the bans but most of the bans were already appealed by the guy that took my Xbox and account. This whole situation is frustrating not being able to actually speak to an enforcement
    team representative about the issue.

    Speak with the enforcement team, or put in a ticket to appeal the suspension... the enforcement teams do not use this forum.
