Account Suspension - Multiple Accounts on One Xbox

If I have multiple accounts on my home xbox (Xbox 1), and one of them is currently serving a suspension, are the other accounts in jeopardy of suspension if they are used?

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

No. The other accounts) on a console with an account that's under a suspension will not be effected. However, if the main account on a console that was sharing a Gold subscription or other digital content gets permanently banned, all other accounts will
lose access to the Gold subscription and any digital content not currently installed on the console.

A violation of the Microsoft Code of Conduct may be cause for these or other actions:

• Automatic assignment of a new Gamertag, if you create an inappropriate Gamertag.
  
• Content deletion, if you create or use inappropriate Content.
• Restrictions (e.g. communications, multiplayer, account access) on your use of Xbox Live services, if you abuse those services.
  
• Permanent suspension or device ban, if you commit an egregious violation that includes, but is not limited to: hacking, modding, profile tampering, fraud, trading or stealing accounts or Gamertags, severe racial remarks, impersonating Xbox staff, displaying
  nudity, repeatedly creating inappropriate Gamertags or profile content, distributing URLs to phishing sites.
  
• Permanent suspension or device ban, if you try to avoid suspension with alternate accounts and/or devices.

If he is saying that he himself is not using the other accounts, say family members with their own accounts, then no, this should no be a violation. but, if he were to create other accounts to circumvent the ban than yes, that could be considered a violation.

 

And how are the enforcement team going to know who's using the account?

The enforcement team are now issuing temporary console privilege suspensions to prevent other accounts from being used when someones account on that console is suspended.

If the other accounts are used on a different device then they'll be fine.

 

It just sucks bro my account got banned till 9999 that I had for 4 year and 2 weeks later my console got banned and I didn't notice till now that was 7 weeks ago I just suck it up bought a Honda rancher 350 started eating up some trails and anyone ask me
