    Account suspension mistake


    Hello Xbox ambassadors, I am writing today to hopefully solve an issue in regards to an incorrect suspension that was placed on my account BoongaHunter. I have been suspended for 3 days from communication on xbox due to a simple typo that has occurred during messages. Instead of sending 'seamen', 'semen' was sent to another xbox player and I immediately received a communication suspension. i have already appealed this suspension but was not approved with no explanation provided. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hi Thomas, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. The only way in reaching out to them is by submitting a report or filing a case review. In your case, I apologize but you will be needing to wait for the suspension to be over since your appeal has been denied.

    ive seen people send very bad messages in the past and have their suspensions reduced, but when I write a simple typo it gets upheld. makes no sense to me, completely unfair

    If you've filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there's nothing else you can do i'm afraid,you'll just have to wait out the suspension.
