account suspension length

Discus and support account suspension length in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my account said it was suspended from june 28 - july 12. it is now july 17 and i am being told i am suspended until 0ct 8th from an incident on june...     my account said it was suspended from june 28 - july 12. it is now july 17 and i am being told i am suspended until 0ct 8th from an incident on june 30th which i have not received any information about.

    Does a ban affect future bans?

    Yes. Suspension length is determined by the severity of the situation as well as any previous suspensions on your account. So you can get a longer ban or a permanent ban for something severe, but if you continue to do something smaller, like what you were
    suspended for previously, the length will increase with each suspension until it ultimately ends with a permanent ban.

    Account Suspension..(sorry not sure where to post this) questions on length of time and reasoning.

    Sorry to hear you were suspended. However, no one here will be able to assist with this. You should check the email associated with your gamertag to see if any messages were sent to you regarding the length of the suspension.

    Also, suspension lengths are dependent on whether or not you've had previous suspensions on your account. The more times you've been suspended the longer the current one will be.

    Unfortunately the only place to find enforcement information is on enforcement.xbox.com as the XBLPET does not use these forums. You can file a case review from there if the ban is eligible.

    my account says i do not have an active suspension. I called and spoke with microsoft and they are saying it is 0ct 6 when my suspension is up not oct 8th. when i go into my account on enforcement.xbox.com the suspension that you are telling me to write
    a case review on is over and there is no way to file a case review since its past the date it was suspended until. thats where im having the problem

    There are 2 types of suspensions

    account level- Depending on the length of the suspension depends on whether you can file for a case review. with this level the privileges are taken away from the account no matter what console the account is signed into.

    console level- can vary in length with this one no matter which profile is signed into the console the privileges are taken away and these are not case reviewable.

    Suspension length varies based on severity and past suspensions. The length would be determined by the enforcement team so no one can say how long a 2nd suspension would be.
