Account suspension issues.

Alright so here's a huge issue. I'm going to start from the beginning.

My main account Duh illuminati was communication suspended until Sept 30th 2017, so I go to hop on my second account . Note these accounts both have the same Paypal payment option. When I log into , I cannot communicate on
this account either for some reason, and it has almost a perfect enforcement history.. never has had a suspension or nothing. So I'm thinking maybe I have to delete my Duh illuminati account off my Xbox so I can communicate on , aaaand it does
not work at all, still cannot communicate on . So I go to Xbox live support chat and I get them to cancel the payment option currently linked between the two accounts, I get them to do that and I add a whole new payment option onto .
I go to login on and it still cannot communicate!!! I'm pretty sure I could reset my console and maybe that would fix it, but I don't want to redownload all my games!! I'm at my breaking point, what do I have to do Xbox so I can communicate
on this account?!?

Edit: I cannot communicate on Xbox One party chat or send messages, but I can play an Xbox 360 game and communicate just fine on there.

This section is for connection issues only not account related issues, such as suspension or bans. The only people that can help you with either a suspension or banned account need to check out the following forum:

Filing a case review really doesn't help out on this situation since I'm trying to use my other account which has no penalties. But thanks.

I know this is different department than enforcement, but maybe they should have a forum for enforcement problems like these.

The best thing to do if someone wrongs you online is to report them and move on. All retaliation does is get you into trouble with the enforcement team. Since you have admitted to wrong doing you shouldn't expect the action to be overturned. Just serve
out the suspension and learn from this situation. Good Luck!

Its always the cousin or brother apparently, why can't you guys for once be mature enough to understand if you let any one use your account then that on you not them. Its like giving your PIN to someone else, its not the bank's fault its you.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.

Per the terms of service, you are responsible for your account at all times. Suspension length can vary based on the severity of the action. And if you've previously had suspensions on your account. It doesn't matter who started it.

Thanks for the support message.

Since you just admitted to violating the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct, you pretty much answered your own question. It doesn't matter what someone else was doing to you. If YOU violate the CoC, then you may receive enforcement actions. Two wrongs don't make
a right. There is nothing we can do for you about this on the forums. There are only a hand full of enforcement agents, so you will need to give them time.
