    Account suspension issue (urgent)


    I need an enforcement team member to show me the messages that violated their policy and banned me TWO DAYS afterafter being unbanned. I tried to appeal. This is so ridiculous. 7 years with xbox and now this starts out of no where. I believe I'm being targeted.
    I want proof of what I did. Or just give me a refund and I'll stick to pc gaming. Good job team. Great customer support.

    Account Issue: URGENT!

    Let me start off by saying that I'm very confused. I go to log onto my Xbox Live Account, which informs me that "Your membership is suspended until you update your payment option" So I figure that it would be easy enough to do. I click "Update payment Option"
    and, well, update my payment option. (First, when I clicked the original one, which is not expired, it said that it couldn't authorize it) Anyways when I update, or even re-add the credit card information, I am given the following message:

    "Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try Again later. For help with this problem, go to www.xbox.com/errorhelp. Status code: 838200C7"

    So I follow the link, type in the code and it leads me to a link that tells me that it could be one of two things, The Service Could be down, or to make sure my payment option is up to date. The first option gave me a link to check the status of the services,
    all of which were up and running. And the second one can't be true becausethe payment option is up to date...

    So now I go to log on to my account via the website, which works all fine and dandy, tells me I'm a gold member, and even shows all of my online friends, which when on Xbox Live on the Xbox360, doesn't even show my friends list...

    When I go to add the payment option through the website, it says that "Something went wrong" and "I found a glitch."

    So now I sit here, frustrated and confused because I have absolutely no clue on what it is that I need to do. I'd rather not wait in a queue for the Call Support, so if someone could assist me through this, it would be very much appreciated.

    If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See

    but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back
    quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

    also should be noted that 48hour suspensions is not appeal able or allowed to have case review

    It's best to use common sense

    It's 24 hour suspensions that you can't appeal,not 48 hour. They don't even do 48 hour ones as far as I know.

    That's awesome. Bullies that hide and work out of basements doing whatever they want. Some member got super butt hurt over me and is targeting me. Man I'd love to meet these guys. And...****.. I repeat.. **** the ToU. I got banned a second time for NO reason.
    So basically they can do whatever the **** they want. Cool. I'll stick to the refund. That's Xbox

    It's 24 hour suspensions that you can't appeal,not 48 hour. They don't even do 48 hour ones as far as I know.
