Account Suspension Inquiry

My account was recently suspended for communications (and then two days later was suspended again even though I was already banned so I don't quite understand that part..I'd like to know how this could happen). I submitted a case file for review and the
decision was upheld. I was told (in an obviously pre-written general response) that I had "established a pattern of repeat negative behavior, including the harassment of other players by way of encouragements of self-harm, misogynistic slurs, homophobic and
racial hate speech, and abusive communications." I am interested to know the
exact content of what I was suspended for. If someone from the Enforcement Team could get back to me on this (as I was told they are the only ones that have authority to access the suspension information) I would greatly appreciate it. I would like
to see the exact communications that I had that caused this suspension. Thank you in advance.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team, they do not use the forums. They will not give you any information other than what is found on the enforcement site.

 

I was told by Technical support that this is the only other way to get in contact with the Enforcement Team (or at least someone who has access to the suspension information). They told me to submit this to the forum and someone would reply with the information
I want. I already submitted a case review and the decision was upheld. I can't do anything else on that case now.

 

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team stopped using the forums over a year ago.

 

What would you recommend I do then? I would like someone to locate and send me the exact transcript of the conversation(s) that I was suspended for. Who can help me with this and how can I get in contact with them. If this can't be provided to me then I'd
like to file a complaint (so if you could please direct me to where I should do that in order to get the quickest response I would appreciate that). I do not see how they can suspend my account from communications and multiplayer gaming and not tell/show me
what I did wrong. Thank you.

 

The enforcement team will not give specific information and no other form of support handles suspensions/bans so they would not have any information. A member of support will see this thread and take your complaint from here, or you can contact support again
and file a complaint with them.
