Account suspension history

So seriously cursing is on your permanent record forever? Like how is that fair? They can use something from 4 years ago or more as an excuse to permanently ban you? Honestly I'm a little paranoid since I know it's just a #s game on how many suspensions
before you're permanently banned. Like if you haven't done anything in a year or 2 communication wise shouldn't they be removed from your record? Seems pretty extreme to permanently ban someone for occasionally cursing on Xbox live.

Enforcement and Activity History to figure out why you are under a suspension, however it is also possible that you are under a specific game suspension (Fifa) in that case you must email EA:

Hi, my Account got a two week suspension from playing online. After the suspension was over i am still not able to play online. The enforcement history Shows me that my suspension ended at the 29th November and so
I also can't Apply for a case review because the case is closed. My other Account can play online. Am I permanently banned ?

 

Any enforcement action on your account stays on that accounts record for the life of that account so yes,even if it was something you did 4 years ago it still counts against you.

Easiest way not to get banned is to not break the ToU/CoC,.

 

Is PlayStation enforcement as insanely strict as Microsoft? Like it's overkill honestly. Imagine if cursing went on your permanent criminal record irl. How stupid would that be? This is essentially the same thing.

 

It's more strict on PSN.

You get more 2nd chances on xbox live.

It's not the same thing.Microsoft makes the rules on xbox live & it's up to you to follow them or accept the punishment you if are caught breaking them which you agreed to when you started your account.

 

Your saying it's more strict but people can report you even if you don't cuss and yet you still ban how is that fair I've been banned for cheating before and I've never used cheats just because someone doesn't like you... it ain't right and then people play
the witch hunting game as they post saying everyone go report this guy... Boom you are banned within minutes
