Account suspension help

I got a bit salty and got a temporary comminucation suspension. I fully understand and I have no problem facing the consequences. But with the communiacion ban it also says this:

Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device.

Does this mean I cant ever log in again if I log out? I don't understand. Please clear this up for me

Can I please know why my account was suspended until 12/31/9999? I've purchased many DLC and have recently purchased a new Xbox 360 and I want to move my DLC to my new console. Thanks.

The end of the message should have an end date to it. That is when your suspension will end. If it's something like 12/31/29999, then it's permanent.

But I got two types of suspensions, a temporary and a permanent it says. The temporary ends tomorrow, that's the date at the end of the message.

Hi there,

When the suspension notification is sent out, it gives all users the note about a Permanent Suspension impact.

If the date of your suspension doesn't end in 9999, then you can ignore the note about permanent suspension impact as it doesn't apply in your case.

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement as i clearly stated so contacting them will do nothing.

Yes I did, that was the first thing after the suspension, but as I had no idea what did I do wrong, I only wrote in the appeal if they can let me know what did I do wrong. A couple of hours later they declined the appeal, without clarifying the exact problem.

You would have to try requesting a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to see if there is anything they can do regarding some of the issues, but the enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the case review is the only way to contact them.

Only the police can investigate a cyber crime, not Microsoft. And there is no team to be escalated, only the online case review on the enforcement website. If your case review got denied, nothing can be done.
