Account suspension for no reason

I was suspended on an account I own named "Vac Lurk" and I was suspended 6 days ago for "Cheating" I dont not know what I have done to be suspended from cheating.... The day I got the email stating I was suspended I was shocked because I hadnt touched my
Xbox in 4 days. If there is any proof of me "Cheating" id like to see it or hear about it because I have not done anything wrong. Id also like to know if maybe i was filed complaints to many times and it led to this.... At this point I am completely lost
on what ive done.... I also called Xbox 2-3 weeks prior with a billing issue I had while purchasing Xbox Live Gold and the lady I spoke with had told me I received 2 console bans but ive only ever owned 1 console, she told me that if I had my account on a
friends Xbox or somebody I know and that could be the cause of that showing up. She also said that she would report it to see if I could get that cleared from my account history, so I guess he reporting it got me suspended? Id also like to say I bought Xbox
Live Gold a week prior to being suspended and im wondering if the gold membership still carries around my suspension (For ex. my gold is supposed to run out on March the 1st so im wondering if it still expires that day) Thank you for taking the time to read

The only place you can contact the enforcement team is at
enforcement.xbox.com. They no longer use these forums. Log in with the suspended tag and you can find out the reason and file a case review if you are eligible to do so.

Your gold does not carry over. Simply having someone make a complaint about you does not get you banned. Enforcement looks into each and every complaint and thoroughly investigates before any ban or suspension is issued. You can post here

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx to ask about your ban. In the event that your account ban was permanent then all content DLC AND LIVE is forfeited. In the event of a suspension then your gold continues to tick even while your off the system.

You can't talk the enforcement team direct,only via the enforcement site bowski linked.

It is not illegal,it's all covered in the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when you started your account.

They don't just ban people for no reason.

There's nothing else anyone here can do.

I have only one chance to answer the enforcement team. I only have 500 letter so i wrote that i didnt do anything. That i never done these things they tell me. But the only answer i get after 3 (!!!!!) Days is - decision is upheld.

So where can i talk with someone from the enforcement team or with anyone who can help me?

What xbox does is bot okay. And im also think its illegal!

The communication ban is probably for something you did earlier.Reports take time to investigate si it's extremely rare for someone to be suspended instantly.

For an official answer from the enforcement team, you will need to post here -

forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx It doesn't matter why anyone reports you, the enforcement team will only issue a suspension if they have found that you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.

It's also not a good idea to post your email address on a public forum.
