    Account suspension for AugJaguar


    Hello...I am in need of an explanation for my son's account suspension. His gamer tag is AugJaguar and was suspended as of yesterday. He's had no confrontations with anyone on XBox live and was gone to his grandparents house all day yesterday. When we arrived
    home later from Tae Kwon Do, it said he had been suspended and that we would receive an email with an explanation. We have not. I am not sure if someone was angry during gameplay or ??? I am a firm believer that actions have consequences, but believe that
    this may be a mistake. He is always within our hearing him play and never says anything inappropriate. Please advise what we can do.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

    Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

    If you cannot find your post the Xbox Live Enforcement team may have already resolved the issue you may attempt to post again if you feel that your question has not been answered properly.

    however before doing so have your son attempt to log into his Xbox again in front of you to make sure it is still suspended.

    If so please make a seperate post in the Forum I linked above for you and ask again for one of the Xbox Enforcment Team members to answer for you.

    My console got banned for two weeks wannaknow why

    Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

    As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

    The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

    Suspension of account and I can't submit a case review

    Console suspensions are issued to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account,which is against the code of conduct.

    As mentioned,console suspensions can not be appealed & should end at the same time as the account suspension.
