Account Suspension. Double check case review!

My account was suspended for "trying to obtain unauthorized refunds." I have just gotten out of a chat with a support agent. He reviewed my account and informed me that there are no sign of any unauthorized refunds on the account. And he advised me that
he left notes on my account stating what may have caused a confusion. My case number is [Mod Removed]. Please double check this. He informed me that he is 100% positive that this suspension was a mistake and will be withdrawn. Thank you.

Double check enforcement.xbox.com to see if you may have a suspension on your account. If so you can file a case review from there if eligible.

The enforcement team is only contactable through the case review process unless the email you received provided contact info.

As someone previously mentioned, double check at enforcement.xbox.com that your account did not receive a separate suspension that you could be serving even though you had one overturned.

 

unauthorized refunds only go thru the billing support

Enforcement.xbox.com is for enforcement issues

And case numbers are useless and a security risk to you

That is only between you and support not open forums

 

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to submit a case review.

 

i was told by a microsoft employee who i was in chat with to go post this here and it would get taken care of. I already submitted a case review and the decision was upheld. Like i said above. He put notes on my account that there are no refunds on my account
that the enforcement team was wrong

 

why would a microsoft employee tell me to go and post this on here. Word for word. That the case review for my suspension is 100% wrong that it would me taken care of here

 

sir. As i stated above. I already submitted a case review. The enforcement team obviously doesnt even look into why i am suspended and try to see if maybe it was a mistake. They just ban you. I was told by a BILLING microsoft employee to post this word for
word. I still have the chat open in another tab.

 

I replied to you guys and nobody has anything to say? So the billing employee who told me to make this post because the enforcement team is a joke and bans people for nothing at all. I did not commit marketplsce theft. And the notes that a billing agent
left on my account 20 minutes ago confirm this. So what can i do
