Account suspension case review - 'orange handshake tile?'

It's a good start but there's a problem. How can I submit a case review when I have no enforcement to review? Also, it seems that the tutorial is outdated - there's no orange tile with a handshake.

EDIT: Now that I think of it, I guess that tile only appears if there actually is an enforcement. Stills begs the question of what I should do, though...

You can check the ban details by going to the enforcement website here. Click on the orange handshake icon and if you dont see any orange handshake icon, it just means the team hasn't updated the site then you would have to check daily. Once you see your ban, you can case review it if it shows that option. In a case review, you explain the whole situation then the team reviews it and if you weren't at fault, then the ban suspension can even be overturned. However not all suspensions are case reviewable. Hope this helps!

If you think that this suspension was issued in error, you can file a case review, if the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours.

To file the case review, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with your suspended account.

Click on the yellow tile with the hammer on it, and click on the currently active suspension and file a Case Review.

If the suspension is "only" for 24 hours, you'll just have to wait it out, as a Case Review would take longer than the actual suspension, and keep you suspended longer.

There is no case to review mate. Nothing at all.

When you log onto https://enforcement.xbox.com with your Microsoft account, is there an orange hammer icon, or is there a tile that says "you have a perfect record"?

After reading your post this sounds like an in-game suspension. If this is the case then you would need to get in touch of EA as they would have been the ones to suspend your in game account and Xbox can't do anything to fix that.

Now if I miss understood you and you were suspended on Xbox live. Then your only option is to go to
enforcement.xbox.com and file to have your case reviewed. To file a case review click on the link in this post. The sign in and then click on the orange handshaking image in the
top left. This will take you to your enforcement history page. Once here click on the option next to your enforcement to file a case review.
