Account Suspension Bugged

Yesterday my account got suspended for an arguably dumb reason and I am unable to communicate on my xbox. I get on the Microsoft website and it says my account isn't suspended at all. I use the Virtual agent who tells me to check my subscription status,
that was all fine and I got sent here. I have no idea what was going on and I would really like to know if I am suspended or not.

Jea the problem occurs too if I check it on my computer.

 

Have you check the Xbox Enforcement?

 

yes says all services available

 

You need to check with enforcement

 

I have checked multiple times

 

You will want to make sure that you are signed into enforcement.xbox.com and make sure that you are signing in with the email and password for the account that has the suspension on it.

Also if you gave support the right account info they should have been able to tell you whether your account was suspended or not.

The only thing they would have been able to tell you was the amount of time the suspension was for and the priviliges that were taken away they would not of been able to do anything else about it though.

Instead of using the virtual agent you may want to try and talk to a live person about it.

 

The only reason it would show that you have no suspensions on the enforcement teams website is if you were signed into a different account then the one that has the suspension on it.

 

I can't talk to live support about account suspension issues, or at least it doesn't give me the option.

 

Get to a point that it gives you a choice to talk to a live person.

 

Xbox Enforcement would be your only way to find the answers.
