Account suspension/ban

Hello, this will be a bit of long post, leading up into a question. So today, July 4th around 6:30 pm I recovered two emails stating my account had received an enforcement action against it. These emails were 9 minutes apart from each other. I first logged into my Xbox to check, and it tells me that I have received a 14 day ban. I log into the enforcement action page and low and behold there’s the 14 day suspension, but wait, there’s a lot more. It also states roughly thirty seconds before the 14 day suspension that I have received two permanent bans for the same thing as the 14 day suspension. So basically, the two perma bans and the two week suspension say the exact same reason, and also the same action taken against me. Basically, not being able to use my Xbox account. Here’s the thing though, all of these say they’re active, but the two perma bans under case review said accepted. Under the two week suspension, the case review said I could appeal. I did appeal and within two hours it said not approved. I attempted to contact support, and when I got to talking with the support bot, it only states my two week ban, same as my Xbox does. Is this a glitch or what can I do? I’m not sure how to contact xbox any further about this. I have a general idea of what I did, and I do agree the two week ban is justified. I won’t argue that, and that’s why in my appeal of the two week suspension I just asked for answers regarding the perma bans popping up on the enforcement page, but I didn’t receive any answers. So, here’s the question, what can I really do? The perma bans state they started at the exact same time, the two week suspension was started roughly 30 seconds later. My case says approved on both perma bans, yet I never appealed and was never given the option, and they state that the end date is permanent. Please help, any and all advice is accepted. I just want some help, as I’m worried about permanently losing my account, and I want to know if I should go ahead and start fresh, or what do I do.
