Account Suspension Appeal

How long can an appeal take for a suspension? I would think that LEGALLY, there would have to be realistic limitations put in place. Otherwise, the case status could theoretically just say "pending" until the end of time. I'm wondering this because the suspension process is instant when it comes to my profile, but when I complain about the "report" feature not working FOR 4 DAYS, after i'm constantly harassed and called a [mod removed] (among other things), and my mother is called everything under the sun, within 12 hours, my account is permanently suspended. I've got proof of all of the attempts to report these multiple people over the span of 4 days, with Xbox taking NO ACTIONS against them. But when I contacted support directly about it, I got permanently suspended within a couple of hours. It's been almost 3 days since I filed the appeal, and they've made no attempts to contact me, and the status still says "pending". I've already filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's Office, and basically, I just need to know if I should go ahead and get legal representation and start the lawsuit for discrimination and/or mental anguish with ptsd, for Microsoft allowing the abuse to continue for as long as it did, which subsequently led to the position i'm in. I've got several thousand dollars tied into that account, and there's no way i'm letting you keep what I legally bought, nor am I going to let you hold it hostage indefinitely because of a "pending" case status.

Please note that account suspensions can be appealed on Xbox, but account suspensions on PlayStation cannot.

Console bans cannot be appealed on either

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.

There's no specific timetable for when you should hear back from the enforcement team. They also will not contact you during their re-investigation.

You have to talk to the enforcement people no one here can actually help you as it's not actually employees responding back.
