Account Suspension.Apparently I 'cheated'

I'm very confused on the cause for my 2 week ban. I will say the problems I've had/got in trouble with games before below.

GTA V- About 3 months ago I was givin 9 billion then removed by Rockstar and that's done and over with.

Gamerscore- Over 7 months ago I hacked my gamerscore but that was already handled by you guys a while back.

What I'm confused about is why I was banned. To make sure it wasn't Ghost I check COD Elite and it said everything was normal. I have been playing BO2 a lot lately and doing very good. My average was about 27-30 kills. I used to participate in cheating but
I don't now cause I hate the consequences.

If you could please tell me what 'I' did, what game, and if you can what time that would be great! My Gamertag is PotatoesHD

Removeing Ban

I have a ban on my account that should not be there. I never cheated and I would like this ban removed off my account because it makes it look bad and I have never cheated.

Just how did you get achievements for reaching level 25, level 50 and level 100 in GTAonline all in the same day?

During the big GTA V exploit there was a bunch of hackers and the guy did that to everyone. I didn't realize what was going on till like 10 minutes into the game. I killed a guy and a *** load of money and rp kept showing up and I had to restart my Xbox.
About a month later only the money was removed and the stats stayed the same. They said everything was taken care of and that all the modifications have been removed

I don't know if they will tell you specifically you may have better luck over the phone with that.

thanks, i already posted there thats when they told me it was for cheating.

Is it worth posting again? to ask what specifically it was? Could it be for leaving the game too often? my internet sucks and dc's a lot
