account suspension and no way to appeal? (full convo)

how are you going to double my xbox live price to $120 a year and when i get some bs report on my account i cant even talk to a person or even file any kind of appeal? my account is now muted for no clue how long over the most obvious, soft-handed banter with another adult that would easily be overturned if i could actually make an appeal to another human but instead i guess i cant do anything?

ive spent 20 minutes looking around the various microsoft website but if theres some avenue im missing id appreciate the direction.

editing to post the convo so everything is just out on the table.

convo starts by him sending me 5 laughing faces after we were trolling eachother back and forth in a game.

i accept a q pop which teleports me out of the area and he sends me a message saying "kid you disappeared" with a laughing face emoji

i joking say "watch your back". he responds with "why" and another laughing face emoji.

i tell him that "david blaine is my dad and he doesnt know who hes messed with"

he sends me some more laughing faces and tells me he looked him up(david baline) and theres "no way im his child" and gives me a "LOL"

i tell him "im half wizard kid, watch your mouth"

he then tells me that hes 33 and his dad is dwayne johnson (the rock incase you dont know) with 5 crying laughing faces afterwards.

i tell him "your dad is a p***y, and my dad would beat up his dad, then fly away"

he replies with "reported" which i thought was funny and was just part of the joking banter.

then i get banned with no kind of ability to appeal or talk to any kind of human being whatsoever. is that not obviously a non-serious troll banter convo between 2 ADULTS? hes literally laughing the entire time and you can tell how unserious it is. am i crazy?

I understand where you're coming from and I am here to help and guide you with the necessary steps it just so happen that for enforcement action even customer support can't discuss this matter.

yeah, even though my ban is greater than 24 hours, which is suppose to mean i can make an appeal, it still doesnt work.

i dont mean to cause any kind of offense, but what is the point in having people like you reply to us, the customers, if they literally dont even give you the ability to do anything, even something as simple as being able to get in contact with them when needed? its almost like your job is just to be a second "hamster wheel" if we dont get discouraged and give up from the enforcement.microsoft page itself.

There is no direct contact with the enforcement team. If it's not showing up, kindly check again after a couple of hours.

yeah im not able to file a case review on it, but im still banned for 24 hours over nothing.... shouldnt the ability to file an appeal be based on the merit of the ban itself? ive spent half my life buying and supporting xbox and microsoft products.... and when i need a tiny bit of support back (the ability to communicate with another person with the microsoft enforcement community in ANY way), theres nothing.

so youve read the what happened? what is your opinion if you dont mind? is there nothing you can do to help me at all? thanks again for the reply.

also, its actually a 29 hour ban spanning from the 24th to the 26th.. so why cant i appeal since its over 24 hours?

You're welcome, I am happy to help. I was able to read it again, I appreciate the detailed information, and as much as I would love to give my feedback, it's only the enforcement team that has the capability to have this checked.

Also, I have checked other things for you. Any player that meets the following criteria may submit a case review:

Has an active enforcement action.

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length.

The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months.

Your enforcement action maybe just 24 hours which is why you can't see the option to file a case review.
