account suspension and console bans where is it?

My step son was abused in a party room by several players who verbally abused and insulted him, telling him they were going to **** his sister and mother. He had no headset so left the party. The MEN in the chatroom then ALL reported him and he has been
banned and all accounts on MY Xbox have been blocked. I have contacted Xbox and they are not interested in catching the true abusers. I have told Xbox I would contact the police and the Foreign call centre just laughed and said UK Police got no right to
get information. Xbox needs to sort out their banning policy. I have the log ins of the abusers as they all sent messages saying they had reported him, but xbox do nothing. How poor

Here is the link describing Xbox LIVE suspensions and console bans. If you did something described on the page or people filed a complaint saying you did such action that is why your account was banned. The ban will be lifted whenever the ban should be lifted.

The enforcement team do not use the forums..

Support can't do anything as they are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.The only way to report someone is via your console,that is the only way they will be investigated.

Yes how poor. How poor of you to come in here and not tell the whole story. No one gets banned for leaving a party where they were "abused". The step son said or did something in retaliation to receive the ban, which is the information being left out. It
doesn't matter if he started the insults or not, if he said anything in kind in return... "They started it" isn't a valid reason for an appeal either.
