Account suspended

my account gets suspended due to another gamer known as [Mod Removed] starts name calling over GTA Online & I called the gamer out after he started the name calling. So I'm getting suspended because I'm standing up for myself against this
cry baby and he claims to be the victim in this situation after he reports me?!? Talk about poor use of enforcement and only siding with people who start issues and not watching everyone like they claim to be doing. More like running good gamers out of Xbox
because of the bad gamers who claim innocent. How many other gamers in the world has this happen to and watch how the gaming community falls because of the lack of keeping control of the obnoxious players. I'll be leaving this worthless community very soon
because of this reason.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

 

It does not matter "who started it", this is not 3rd grade. Anyone violating the
Code of Conduct is subject to enforcement action. You have the option(s) to report and block any member that is sending you offensive communications.

Name and shame of gamertags is a violation of the
Xbox Forum Guidelines.

 

and yet this happens to other people who gets put in the same situation here. Now come on. I'm too old to be playing mind games here and I've seen a lot of good people get suspended when someone starts issues with them and watch the enforcement team takes
sides with the instigators and doesn't do a thing to them but only to the people who stand up to themselves. But you guys also claim smack talk is allowed in here and yet a kid who smack talks to an adult is okay until that kid gets shut up and reports people??
Wonder why so many people are leaving this Gaming community because of the lack of control in here. It's been going down hill with Microsoft since 2012. No matter what you say as an admin or not. Fact of the matter is that you guys are backing up the instigators
and not punishing them NOR LOOKING into what was actually being said and who said it. Don't preach to someone about rules when you have many people out there who breaks these same rules on a daily basis and you don't do a damn thing about it. Have yourself

If you respond to the abuse instead of reporting it, then the problem is partially yours. Report and block are your options.

 

you better ask yourself this same thing you're trying to tell me. It's okay to smack talk because of competitive play. Now let me get this straight. It's MY fault for replying back as smack talk to the instigator over a competitive game? Use common sense
here. So it's okay for the abuser to smack talk to other gamers over a competitive game and if people smack talk back to the abuser. Those people are at fault?!? Makes absolutely no sense at all. But then again. I'm talking to someone right now who is pointing
fingers at the victim who was talking smack talk back to the abuser. This runs both ways sweethearts not just a one way street. You guys seriously need to reconstruct the rules better and start looking into the reports before suspending victims if they talk
smack back. You sound ridiculous right now. I'm done here. Don't even bother replying back to this. Next time this happens. I'll record everything including these conversations as proof to show people how corrupted this system is. I've already snap shot everything
that's being said. So have yourself a good day
