Account Suspended

Hi, Unfortunately I have had to post this on a public forum which I am not happy about and it seems it is the only way to contact you in regards to my issue. I have an Xbox account which my 8 year son access's through my email. I have been advised today
the account has a 6 month suspension on this. I understand that he may of done the wrong thing or miscommunicated something to someone, and having a ban/suspension is fine, however I think 6 months is very unreasonable as he is 8 years old and probably does
not have a real concept of what he has done. Apparently I have no grounds to appeal this suspension. I think that I have the right to have a review as I also do not know what he has actually done, how can I address this when I don't know why he has been suspended.??
I request please that this gets reviewed and also I think a 3 month ban is more sufficient for him to learn his lesson. I hope that you respond to me and at the very least review the evidence and take into his age please. I have spoken to him about this and
he tells me that someone upset him and he did not say some very nice things to him. For that he has been reprimanded, however I ask you please shorten the suspension on this.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

Suspensions are 24 hour,7 or 14 days long.After that you get banned,there is no 6 month suspension.

You can log in to the enforcement site to see any enforcement action on your account & to file for a case review

Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.

When your account is suspended it will notify you when you log on when the account is suspended until.

Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.
