    Account suspended


    I submitted a ticket and send in my ID for age verification. Meta Store support confirmed they received it but now need the headset's serial number. I have tried multiple times to send the number in the email chain but it always get a "Message not delivered" bounce back email.

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.
