Account suspended

Hello, my xbox live account has been suspended due to an out standing balance of around £10, it is trying to take payment from my old debit card. I tried going to the microsoft website to pay with my new card but when i click next, it comes up "we don't
have anything to show you at this link" wrong url or something.

I cant even get on xbox live silver because of this, its like my xbox is not even connected to the internet. aint silver meant to be free?

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

When your account is suspended do to an outstanding balance you can not play Xbox LIVE until you pay the past due balance on the account. In order to pay this, you will need to reach out to Xbox Official Support so they can transfer the balance to your
other payment instrument on the account and process the balance. They will be able to inform you of the exact balance. Please go to
support.xbox.com/contact-us and request a call from support. You can also call them directly at 1-800-469-9269.

So i have to rinkg microsoft, even though they have an option on their website to pay an outstanding balance.
