my brothers account got suspended for tampering with the game this is a false statement i pay for his live no ones gonna give me back the money for the 2-3 weeks he will be suspended anyway he can get a live code to play on a null account because i no the
statement is false that was put on his account

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

Understand, the post I already here also goes for you. Your suspension is valid and will not be reversed. There is nothing you can do about it.

 

well ill be taking microsoft to court as there sistym is *** banning or suspending without reason or looking into the reason why people have been reported as they haven't made no effort to put measurs in place to stop people from been reported for no apaprent
reason

 

The enforcement team thoroughly investigates each complaint they receive. You can have a million complaints filed against you and not get banned. They will only ban you if they have found that you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms

see i did the license transcfer with a friend and after doing this we had a minor dissagreement. to witch last night i was signed out of my console into another 1 before i got banned so witch i know who reported me or filled a file complaint in agaiced me
as this isant the first time they have done it. i openly admit if i was in the wrong about this but as the fact of the matter is people using me account and getting it banned as they have done it to other people in the past is beond a joke witch is why i'm

Then file complaints on them. Both of you would be at fault then. If it's happened before, stay away from those types of people and don't attempt marketplace theft.

 

license trancefer is there to be used between users and profile's. but how dose one person get banned threw some one else using there account to abuse to other player to get one account banned out of sipt dosnt add up but as i stated im willing to take this

License transfers are meant to be used to transfer your licenses in the event that you get a new console. They are not meant to be used to share games and content with other people. Doing so is marketplace theft.
