Account Suspended

I am extremely disappointed because my account has been suspended. My mate decided to prank me and try to get me suspended on xbox live but he didn't realise it would actually happen. The email says it's due to cheating/ inappropriate gameplay/ system abuse.
But this was not intentional, so can you please urban me as I have read the code of conduct over and over again and read it thoroughly. Can you make the altercations to PGPxLuck, this is the account that has been wrongly suspended. Thank you.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

You were NOT banned by mistake. Millions of people use the service without issue daily..... When You Abuse, Cheat, or have inappropriate gameplay, This is the result. Remember, YOU are responsible for YOUR account. Lesson Learned

Bong is right about one thing,you are responsible for your account.You can post in the forum vote linked but you won't get the ban lifted.

 

Well I do know that the account is my responsibility but he didn't have to address that in such a vigorous way, this is a joke, you should know that people's accounts are sometimes hacked or something else has happened but you have no solution to it. Glad

If your account is hacked(highly unlikely) then you have to open an unautherised access case so there is a solution to that.

Your account wasn't "hacked",you let your friend on it which is your fault.

You would get exactly the same outcome if this was to happen on the Playstation.
