Account suspended

Hi - My sons XBL account has been suspended without explanation - there is no link there to get a case review, We believe that a 'friend' of his has complained about him but have no idea what the complaint was ? how can they just stop an account without
getting in touch with people / parents - it must be so easy for a kid to report someone if the game or the day isn't going their way. My son is generally good ( but does get carried away on the xbox) where as the kid who complained is often excluded from
school

Is there any way to find out what the complaint was or appeal it - there were others on the group game or whatever they are called at the same time and the ones I have spoke to said my son did nothing wrong - if he had, believe me there would be more than
the 24 hr suspension!

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

http://enforcement.xbox.com Since the suspensions is only 24 hours long it is not eligible for a review because the review would take longer than the suspension. So all you can do is wait it out.

The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. So you can have a million complaints filed and not receive a suspension.
