Account suspended with no reason listed but website not reflecting suspension?

Hi,

I was attempted to get answers to why I hadn't received my Xbox Quests reward for October through the new promotion. Upon looking, the support rep saw my Rewards Account has been suspended as of September 08, 2017.

Now, my Bing Rewards got suspended over a year ago, I log in to rewards.xbox.com and there is no suspension. Any idea what I can do? I'm also going to call Xbox Support later to sort out the Xbox Quest issue.

Below is what I was told:

"‎I do suggest to try to contact them on
Xbox Live Rewards Questions since this might be the one that causing you not to receive the rewards, Maxx. You can post the issue on that link since there is a team
handling rewards and we do not have access to reward points in our end because it is greyed out. The only indication on the rewards is account was suspended on Sep 8, 2017 11:16:34 AM then there is no reason."

From there I was told to ask here about the issue.

Since it is now December 1st, I did not receive my reward for completing the Xbox Quest for October, and due to this issue, I'm concerned I will not see my reward for November's quest, either.

This was the response from the XBLRewards team:

"This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. If you are asking about a general Xbox promotion, you should try reaching out on the general Sales and Promotions forum for more specific assistance. There are no "quests" in
our program, and none of your purchases would have completed any of our offers. Additionally, our Xbox Live Rewards Account is separate from other accounts, so a suspension on another program should not affect your Xbox Live Rewards Account."

Support here will check on your quest items, but a suspension from the Microsoft Rewards program would not affect anything other than that specific program.
