Account suspended with no post active in enforcement action

I hope this is posted in the correct forum,

I have been trying to find the enforcement.xbox.com forum.

I have recently served a week communication suspension and discovered I still could not send messafes etc.

So I contacted xbox over the telephone, I found that there was another suspension made on the same day affecting my account, although on my accounts enforcement actions the suspension isnt at all visable, and therefore I am unable to view or even apply for
a case review.

I was hoping to do the latter and apply forna case review.

Xbox Ambassador Requirement

Doesn't matter what your gamerscore is.You need to have your account for a certain amount of time,be active with that account & have no enforcement actions against your account for at least a year.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Suspension extensions don't show up on the enforcement site and there is no way to submit a case review for them. All you can do is wait it out.

are we sure its an extension?

Besides that the gentleman i spoke to on the phone a long with a woman told me i should post on the forums and a representitive would be in touch.

So if i do not get an answer I would be quite annoyed.

Ive already served a suspension for 2 weeks, and if the extension is 3 months theres no way that im serving that for no reason, and furthermore a jump from 2 weeks to 3 months is absolutely ridiculous and im in a good mind to cancel my xbox membership seeing
as theres no point im having one for an absurd 3 month suspension, and sell my xbox and move to a different console entirely.

Im fed up of this enforcement system its ridiculous, theres so many flaws.

This link proves I am not alone in this situation and that xbox are ignoring a massive issue with their system and its causing hundreds of people anguish and a feeling of injustice.

actions on an account. Also, the
Xbox Enforcement Team are not active on the Xbox forums. The only way to contact them is by filing a case review. We understand that you are not able to submit a case review for the account so the ruling stands. Unfortunately, an account that is permanently

An enforcement act is decided when a violation of the Code of Conduct is verified and that deals strictly with the rules and terms of service for xbox live.

You have a chance to tell your side of story through the case review process.

Any Xbox Live member with an
active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's

Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

You may only request a review of your own active enforcement actions, and must be signed in to the account that received the enforcement (or signed in to the parent account if a child account was suspended).
