    I hope this is posted in the correct forum,

    I have been trying to find the enforcement.xbox.com forum.

    I have recently served a week communication suspension and discovered I still could not send messafes etc.

    So I contacted xbox over the telephone, I found that there was another suspension made on the same day affecting my account, although on my accounts enforcement actions the suspension isnt at all visable, and therefore I am unable to view or even apply for
    a case review.

    I was hoping to do the latter and apply forna case review.

    This is my third post, I will continue to post until my issue is resolved.

    I sooner sell my xbox and delete my account than serve a 2 week suspension followed by an absurd 3MONTH suspension that i cannot appeal... are you serious after the thousands of pounds ive spent at microsoft and now youre making money off my account because
    of a frankly now useless membership.

    Im disgusted at microsoft at this point.

  2. Suspension of son's account

    I have received an email that my son's XBOX Live account is suspended. I tried to post this in the Enforcement forum, but there's no option to post.

    I have logged in with my account to Xbox Enforcement. I see a message that Enforcement Date is ‎09‎/‎03‎/‎2018‎ ‎18‎:‎48‎:‎19. It says suspended until 09/28/2016 06:48:19 PM. However, son can
    still log in to Xbox Live.

    Message says: Child accounts cannot submit Case Review inquiries. To submit a Case Review for a child account, the associated parent must sign in.

    I am the associated parent and I am signed in, but have no option to submit a Case Review. Son claims to have no idea why suspended!



    How can I get details of why suspended and/or submit Case Review?

    I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    Account suspended with no enforcement detail

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Making multiple threads about the same subject is against forum rules & will only get you banned from the forums.

    100 day suspensions are issued due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC & are pretty much your last chance before being permanently banned.

    Sounds like during the course of investigating your other suspension the enforcement team discovered multiple other offences you had committed in the past which is why you were given 100 day suspensions.

    100 day suspensions do not appear on the enforcement site & are not appealable.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you do not get a refund for any lost gold time due to enforcement actions on your account.

    You will have to wait the suspension out.

    Unfortunately any Enforcement Actions can't be lifted, Xbox isn't obliged to tell you any details why but you can sign into that suspended account on the enforcement site for details and also appeal your suspension >>>
