Account Suspended when I didn't do anything wrong!

My account was suspended due to the following reason:

This account engaged in harassment, abuse, or threats towards other players. This activity may include written or verbal abuse, griefing or trolling, threats, extortion, network manipulation, dissemination of another person's personal information,
or other attempts to harass or coerce other players on Xbox Live.

I am not that type of person to harass other players or "troll" them. I am a laid-back person who loves to meet new people and play games with them and refer to them as family. In which I would never ever do anything that is stated in bold above because
I am not that type of person.

Before my account was suspended all I was doing was playing Grand Theft Auto V
with some of my friends in a private game and I went offline at 8:00pm CST and about 45 minutes later I got the message that I have been suspended.

Could anyone help me solve this issue? I feel like I was falsely suspended.

I was reported for cheating when it is impossible to cheat on nba 2k16 or 2k17. And now I was reported for communication and the only people I talk to are my friends in a party chat. I believe someone Is using the report tool wrong and I don't have the
option to dispute my suspension. Now I'm suspended for 24 hours and I didn't do anything wrong. I would like the enforcement tram to review the false reports on my account. Also it would help if the enforcement history had a link so I could email my request
for review.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is carried out.

You can see any enforcement action on your account on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

As yours is a 24 hour suspension you are not eligible for a case review because by the time your case is investigated again the suspension will be over.

http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

I have already done this and I haven't received a response yet.

 

You'll have to wait for the enforcement team's response. They are the only ones who could lift the suspension.

 

I contacted xbox support as well but they said I could get a faster response about my suspension if I posted on the forums about it.

 

Unfortunately support is incorrect. The enforcement team no longer use the forums.

 

Xbox Support was incorrect. They are known for giving incorrect information in regards to things they dont directly handle.
