Account Suspended Until 12/31/9999

I was advised to post here to get the reason for the account suspension. Gamer tag is pwnnu xd.

I would appreciate a timely response as i suspect the account was hacked and fear that my credit card or identity could be at risk.

Wondering why my account got banned

Hi Im looking for answers about my account (dZ Matic) got suspended from xbox until 12/31/9999.

The avatar has purple skin, an unauthorized modification. If you were a victim of unauthorized access, you can call Support to request an investigation. I don't know if they overturn bans if the modification happened while the account wasn't under
your control.
