Account suspended, took the quiz, redirected to error page?

For no apparent reason my xbox live account got suspended, I tried to apply for review, it let me take a test, after i completed the test and wanted to submit it it redirected me to an error page, i tried again but then it said i had tried too many times
and should try again in 24 hours... My browser is Chrome on a Macbook. please help me out.

Ive already tried submitting a case on the enforcement website and the website is completely broken. Just get redirected back to the home page after passing the quiz and I was told by a support agent on the phone I could use the forums. Never had this problem
with Sony. They're not gingist.

 

This confirms it, enforcement is definitely bugged out at the moment, the amount of banned accounts in the past few days is no coincidence!
