Account suspended please read any ambassadors

I had been playing in Black ops 2 lobbies and I ran into a modder. At that time I didn't know he was one. I backed out and did my normal run of messaging all my recent players. I said "have a great day, I won't since I need to reach prestige master by tomorrow
or I have to fresh start." I had recently made a bet with ha friend a few months prior. The modder invited me and offered me deals for his mods. I declined and said I will not buy them. When I did my case review they thought I did the act on purpose thinking
I wanted to modify my account. I would never do that I am a long time fan of Xbox. I got reported a few hours afterward since people were thinking I was a modder since I played an few games with him.

When you agree to the Code of Conduct, you agree to follow it. It clearly states that you are responsible for your account at all times. Actually, you are also at fault for allowing somebody else to use the account as the COC states, "Do not lend, transfer,
sell, or otherwise provide access to your account." This being the case, it does not matter that it was not you that made the modifications. It was your responsibility to not allow access to your account by anybody other then you. Its a very hard lesson to
learn, but things like this are exactly the reason for that rule. Sadly, all content, DLC's, gold time, are forfeit when you receive a ban. I am sorry this happened, but there is nothing you can do now except start a new account.

is there anything i can do to maybe fix it? and possibly put a passcode on my account to where people cant use it if im not home? it wast my fault can someone please help ive spent a lot of time to get to wear i am on that account i can promise you that
it wont happen again.

Sorry to hear about your ban. Unfortunately, Ambassadors are volunteer members just like you and we do not have any information about Enforcement Actions.
