Account suspended permanently But did nothing wrong

My account was suspended permanently due to marketplace theft...only I know this was a mistake, customer support could not help and I was told to post on this forum in order to possibly get it reinstated. I have been an Xbox live customer for 10 years and
now all my achievements and everything is gone all because of Microsoft or Xbox live's mistake. I downloaded a couple games got them refunded due to issues with them working was told by a supervisor that it was the last time they can refund me again then I
go on two nights later and I'm banned permanently. I hope someone from Microsoft or Xbox live's enforcement team reads this and can give me some information I am extremely upset due to the fact that I did nothing wrong but download a couple games that did
not work and got them refunded to me and now I'm permanently banned

what happening is he didn't update his creditcard and he needs to add another creditcard before he is unbaned (can call xbox support or update via the dashboard)

well come to find out he was banned for hacking,but I know for a FACT he doesn't hack.He can't even properly use the computer! The issue was fixed though and he is unbanned.Microsoft really shouldn't solely go on the claims of others to establish a ban.When
people get their butts kicked and get angry with other players they will OF COURSE try to make up any reason (such a hacking) to excuse their suckage.There has to be some way Microsoft can confirm if a person is hacking or not.

My old gamertag is dontgetg0t that's the one that is suspended for reasons I don't know I had a couple games refunded to me that I purchased on the Microsoft marketplace with Xbox live currency. After downloading the two games the evil within and call of
Duty advanced warfighter they did not work the title screen would come up and then it would boot me out to the dashboard in both scenarios. I called Microsoft support and they refunded me my Xbox live currency then went and purchased and another game battlefield
4 premium I thought it was the game but it turned out to just be the ad on. I then called back spoke with the supervisor told him the situation he then refunded me the currency and stayed on the phone with me while I purchased battlefield 4 the game I had
$10 left in Xbox live currency when everything was said and done now I come on two days later and it says that My account is permanently banned I then had to create a new account just to post on this form please somebody from Xbox enforcement respond to meI
have been a customer for over 10 years had Xbox live on the original Xbox and did nothing wrong the last supervisor that I spoke with when everything was good and Done thanks me for my patience and understanding and I assumed that everything was taking care
of I thought the customer service was great only to find out that I am now banned this was the last email I got when everything was working fine

but I highly doubt you will get your account unbanned.
