Account suspended for something that was not my fault

When a picture gets "verified" as soon as you upload it, I do not think that an Enforcement team member is personally reviewing it. It could be checking the image's metadata against a database of banned gamerpics, that it's not a virus, or that it's a valid
image file... for all we know. It does not automatically deem your image "clean" and totally immune from any complaints about Code of Conduct violations, as people are still able to report it.

Suspensions are not modified or otherwise handled here, as the Enforcement team does not post on the forums. Enforcement actions are only dealt with on the
Enforcement website, and no where else. If your case review is "upheld", then there is nothing else to do but sit out the rest of the suspension duration.

Didn't Microsoft ban people when this happended last time?

Anyways, chances are, Microsoft will do it again and probably even suspend/ban the accounts who wasted the points.

It's Microsoft fault that they got the points. It's the user's fault for wasting them. They should know something is wrong if they wake up to find 53 million dollars worth of Microsoft Points on their account.

they suspend my account and don't even send me an e-mail.

I open a ticket and they said i bought AD from a third part!

And after a send my billing historic they said, the ad came from a ad seller.

This means that: i put something to sell on Trade house, and this guy bought and this is my fault

hahahahahahaha this guys are a joke!

post in the suspended account forum and they will tell you exactly why you are banned and if it was your fault etc.
