account suspended for something out of my control

my cousin accessed my account without my knowledge and messaged bad things to people. I had no control over this so i feel like i shouldn't be suspended for 2 weeks.

Suspended Poorly

My other xbox live account (ZaiDeBRaRainbow) was suspended, because someone accessed my account without my permission. That person wrote something inappropriate, I don't believe I should've been suspended for something that wasn't my actions. No I did not
give them access to my account they just somehow found out my password. It was not done off my console it was done off of they'res. I pay good money for this service, so I beklieve I should not get punished for something I had no control over. Yes I have security
proofs on.

My account has been suspended and they are doing an investigation or something!

Will hopefully get resolved soon.

Thank you for your reply and trying to help. I’m just afraid my account could one day just be locked out or suspended for longer. And for basically no reason since I have this suspension on it for something I didn’t do.

If your account was compromised you would have to contact support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation. That is the only way to have them check your account to see if the action took place while your account was out of your control. An investigation
only takes a couple of days. If they do find that you were suspended because of something that happened while your account was compromised, there is a chance the enforcement team can lift the suspension, but there is no guarantee that they will.
