account suspended for some unknown reason

So today my account was suspended for 2 weeks because of a player reporting me. I spoke with a customer service rep and have since lost the SR number, however the reps name was Christine. The only game I actively play right now is Grand Theft Auto 5 online.
The goal of the game is to complete objectives such as eliminating the opposing team, complete missions, collect bounties, etc. The reason I suspect i was reported was for killing another player in the free roam of the game, however I make it a point to only
go after players who have a bounty on their head (money we earn for killing a player with a value) or players who have a high aggression level (they kill too many players and the player who kills them is rewarded with experience points and money in game).
The last exception would be for a player who randomly kills my character or my allies characters (which happens so often i think its something for playing fairly when other players done and never get penalized). I never received an email with the details
of my suspension because someone else has hijacked and used my email address on their own profile on here. My alternative email address is
[Mod Removed - Please don't post personal information] and i can be contacted that way should more details be needed.

For information about suspensions, you'll need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com but the enforcement team won't tell you specifically what got you suspended.

All questions related to account suspensions need to be asked in this thread. forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx The PET Policy Enforcement Team are the only ones able to answer suspension related questions...

 

Please post in the forum Global linked above. When you create the post include the Gamertag in question and they will get back to you.

Normally poor game play is not the reason they suspend you. Enforcement looks into each and every complaint to verify the concern that was reported.
