Account Suspended for no reasons

( excuse my english i am french )

Ive talked to a xbox live support and told me to post this here so it could be fixed as soon as possible.

Yesterday i play a match on ufc 2 and i win , couple seconds after i get a message saying some very offensive racist insults , i reply to him that it is not apropriate to say such things like this and it is not the way to solve problems. So i gently invite
him to another ufc 2 match so he could have a chance to win and be happier and not send other racism messages. We fought again and i won this match too , minutes later i am muted and suspended for a week.

Is there any way to solve such ridicule case like this ?

Since your a newer xbox live member, perhaps another gamer and/or gamers filed complaints against your account through xbox live. Some people do this with or without a reason.

Depending on how long your suspension is there is a way to appeal it if its longer than 24 hours

You will have to log in to the enforcement team website and file a case review if the suspension/ban is eligible. There is nothing anyone in the forums can do. enforcement.xbox.com/home Good

Reports have to be investigated before any action is taken if needed,which takes time so you were suspended for something that you did weeks or even months ago.

You don't get suspended for "no reason".

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why.

awsome have had the same xbox tag for almost 10 years over 80k gamer score and have never had a problem now i have had 2 random bans in 6 months over some kid on a service which bans u for speach which in all rights is wrong to start with if a parent cant
take there kid getin trash talked at dont put your minors on online gaming at which point they buy them adult intended games then cry to xbox when there 10 year old playing black ops gets told they suck if this is the kind of treatment long time invested people
with alot of money invested in the system can expect u will lose alot of money in the long run way to go micro way to drive away a long time customer to sony smart move

 

Your time on live & your Gamerscore have nothing to do with anything.

The rules are the same for everyone & are the same on PSN.

Xbox live is not rated & open to all ages no matter what the game is so you must behave accordingly.

na not a risk im willing to take spending the kind of money i do on gaming for some chump behind a desk to tell me trash talk isnt ok in a gaming world that has pro players that are kown for it games are rated when u buy them M+are games not intended for
kids yet unintrested parents buy there 10 year old games that have extream death nudity drug use and more then im expected to not talk like a grown man cuzz there could be a kid there please i have been called every name known to man while gaming and dont

It's only the single player that is rated,the online aspect is not rated.

It's not a case of "manning up"

If you can't respect other people online then perhaps you shouldn't be playing online

Some people don't like to be swore at,screamed at etc. & they have as much right to go on xbox live as you do.

I have physical & mental health problems & so do many others,not sure why you felt the need to mention that as it has nothing to do with xbox live.
