got home turn on my Xbox sign in to my account I noticed that I was suspended for no reason

Since your a newer xbox live member, perhaps another gamer and/or gamers filed complaints against your account through xbox live. Some people do this with or without a reason.

It's only the single player that is rated,the online aspect is not rated.

It's not a case of "manning up"

If you can't respect other people online then perhaps you shouldn't be playing online

Some people don't like to be swore at,screamed at etc. & they have as much right to go on xbox live as you do.

I have physical & mental health problems & so do many others,not sure why you felt the need to mention that as it has nothing to do with xbox live.

You would need to sign into your account over at https://enforcement.xbox.com to view your suspension history and if applicable request a case review

Depending on how long your suspension is there is a way to appeal it if its longer than 24 hours

No one can help me on there either that is why i am posting on here. So where can i find actual help?

Xbox enforcement don't have a way to contact the other then submitting a case review. I think that would be the best option. Otherwise you can get in touch with Microsoft legal team since you stated you are taking legal actions.https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/compliance/integrity
