Account suspended for no (good) reason. Mickeysoft is stealing money.

My son's account was suspended because XBox live claims he made inflammatory remarks, verbal harassment, and bullying. He filed a protest and was told it was now suspended due to an offensive gamerpic. Well....which is it? I looked at the pic and its
a guy wearing a donkey kong suit. There is nothing offensive about it. It's kinda funny looking but that's it. Very benign. As for the original suspension reason, XBox Live dictators could not present any kind of proof that anything was said. There is
no text log to back up their claim and subsequently prove themselves wrong. Or they DO have the log and realize there is nothing to back up the suspension so they looked elsewhere to validate the suspension. They upheld the suspension but simply changed reasons.
SERIOUSLY?!? HOw the heck are they allowed to get away with this kind of fraud? If there are any lawyers reading this how would I go about starting a class action suit against Mickeysoft? I have read many other posts dealing with this same thing....XBox
Live people playing god with people's accounts. If it were a free account...who cares but to take money from a credit card every month and then do this BS is unethical, immoral, and I'm pretty sure fraudulent in some manner. Simply put, they are thieves
and not very smart one's at that.

To file a claim there was a 5 day wait, a ridiculous questionnaire that must be ACED to continue, and a pathetically tiny number of characters allowed to present a defense. In the end the "judges" tilted the scales in their own favor. (Saw that coming of
course) I doubt they even investigated with any kind of diligence. Mickeysoft support is among the most horrid to deal with in any business in the world I have ever dealt with. My son is young and does not know how to deal with this kind of strong arm robbery
from a business. They are taking his money and not giving him the service for which it pays and have not provided any kind of proof to legitimize it.

If the donkey kong gamerpic was offensive to monkeys around the world or he made harassing comments then XBox live needs to contact him and talk about it before taking unilateral action against him without even showing him the proof. Habeas Corpus is dead
I guess. Trying to contact Mickeysoft and get a real person on the horn is next to impossible. Does anyone know a number I can call?

This is just the start. I plan on writing a letter to EVERY person on the board of directors for Mickeysoft and blasting them for the fraudulent practices their subordinates are partaking in. Legal action after that if necessary.

Sorry for such a long rant but consider if they tried this crap with YOU. Your blood would boil as much as mine is now. Who the does Mickeysoft think they are taking immoral advantage of young adults who are not wise to the ways of the big business world?

If even you realize the words that you said where off then I would take those 8 days to think better and dont reply to ppl to prevent this stuff and let them get the ban and not you...

He can view his ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
