Account suspended for market place theft? I have done nothing wrong.

I have been suspended for two weeks for market place theft.

I have not been told the reason why and therefore do not know what it is for. I have not done anything wrong and have definitely not been stealing from the marketplace.

I tried the questionnaire but got an answer incorrect so I cant do it again for 24 hours, so now I have even been banned from the questionnaire.

How can i find out why I have been banned and why cant xbox live support tell me, this is infuriating

Account has been suspended for NO REASON....

That tells me nothing i have DONE NOTHING WRONG i dont Pay xbox to shut my account off for NO REASON

Account suspended for no reason

My account has been suspended but yet i have done nothing wrong at all, i was playing with mates and then i decided to watch netflix and then suddenly i got kicked offline and as i tried to sign back in it says i have been suspended but i did nothing wrong

Same i understand. I was suspended for a market place theft when i didn't use the xbox that day they suspended me. The enforcement team is a waste of time and it won't solve your problem. I guess you just have to wait it out like me

Unfortunately nothing can be done for this enforcement action since this account suspension was from 2016 and is no longer eligible for case review. Enforcement members do not have a presence in the forums and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done
regarding this on the forums or even customer support.

Any enforcement related question has to be directed to
https://enforcement.xbox.com/. Even if you did nothing wrong with the account, somehow somebody did something to warrant a market place theft suspension while you were not using the console or account. An account owner
is responsible for the actions the account does whether they are using it or not.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but there is nothing else that we can do on the forums regarding this question. I will now lock this thread since no further discussion is needed.

If you have completed a case review at the
Enforcement site, it can usually take a couple of days for the review to be completed.
