Account Suspended For Communication Violation?

I had recent purchased the game Sea of Thieves around 2PM EST and was streaming the game while talking in a party with some friends who were teaching me the ropes of the game and about an hour into my stream I get a notification saying my account was suspended
for violating some communication policy. I have no idea how this happened or why but Id like to understand it so that I can avoid this happening again, especially while I was streaming.

Unfortunately, you will not get a response here, as the Enforcement team does not post on the forums. All matters related to suspensions are dealt with on the Enforcement website.

Go to http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your Enforcement history, review your active suspension, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

the console is suspended if you violated the terms of use. if the account is unsuspended you won' be able to use it on a suspended xbox

All 3 suspensions were for "This account violated the Community Standards and was subjected to enforcement action." which explains completely nothing. Xbox support is deliberately suspending me for no reason right after my previous suspension has ended.
