Account suspended for 2 weeks

Hi, I'm writing here because my account was suspended from xbox live for 2 weeks. The reason is apparently communication misbehaviour; I say apparently because few days before this suspension I had alrady been banned from sending messages or communicating
in any way, so even if i wanted i couldn't have offended anyone.

Now i submitted a review request mainly because I'd like to know why am I being suspended specifically, given that I tend not to offend anyone online since I was banned other times in the past. Now I never use curse words or offensive terms, but i do not
abstain from giving reasoned criticism to other people online when needed, always in what I consider decent manners.

I looked through my messages and didn't see anything that could be the cause of the ban, so what I'm asking is: is it possible for an account to get suspended due to false reports from angered players? Is it possible that my account was banned because the
people I beat online submitted negative reviews even if they're completely unproven and inconsistent? Also it would be nice to see which was the offense that caused the ban, if only to better understand the conduct code.

The only one who can do anything is you.

Don't break the rules then you wont get suspended.To many suspensions will lead to a ban.

 

The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive. So it's not entirely impossible to receive a suspension from false complaints, but it's pretty rare.
