Account suspended for 2 weeks and no real reason

My account has just been suspended for two weeks apparently and no reason was given other than the generic "you have violated the code of conduct" or whatnot. The problem is that I have looked through the Code of Conduct and I do not see how I failed it.
I did not send any bad words of hate messages to anyone. I simply play with my friends and avoid being toxic. I have been previously target by some people that spam reported me a bunch of times because I beat them in a game and I was wrongfully suspended that
time and after one entire day the enforcement team reverted it. I believe this has happened again and would like an answer. The enforcement online website is absolutely horrible in my opinion. I get no feedback, there is no chat, no phone number, or any other
way to get in contact.

Suspended for 2 weeks for no reason

I got communication banned for 2 weeks around 3 days ago which I totally accept but yesterday I got suspended from playing multiplayer for 2 weeks for alleged Harassment.But I haven't harassed anyone as I've been communications banned.Any help in resolving
this issue is much appreciated thanks.

You actions that lead to the ban could have been committed before the first ban and where found by later investigation of your account. You can view your ban here: https://enforcement.xbox.com

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

For info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site
here

Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

2 week suspensions are usually handed out if you have had other suspensions in the past or whatever you did was quite severe.

Hey there! Head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement
history of the account you are signed into just to be sure something didn't change.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement
team as well as the Code of Conduct via this link here, Enforcement Home.

bans don't always happen immediately, when someone messages you with offensive languages you should just report them and block them. if you answer back it's possible that you get a ban, so next time I suggest you don't answer back in an offensive way.

Unfortunately you are not eligible for case review as those can take a few days and the suspension would be lifted by then. If you retaliate with offensive language it only puts you at fault as much as the person who sent you a harassing
message.
