Account suspended due to payment option.

My account recently got suspended due to payment option. It says that I got to update payment but the problem is that I won't able to renew it when my current 3 month membership ends.

I paid for the 3 month membership and, that I only want to have only this 3 months I don't want to pay for another in 9/26/14 since I might start using Prepaid cards better since though the credit card was either cancelled, it's not expired because the expiration
date isn't reach yet. Is there an option that I can only keep the 3 month membership until 9/26/14 because I won't able to pay in that month when it comes

Account suspended due to billing issue?

My account has been suspended. It says "Your membership is suspended due to a problem with your payment option. To continue your membership, edit the payment option". My account is paid up until 7/2012. What gives?

My live account has been suspended due to payment option. I have not bought anything with the credit card recently and i would to know as of why my account has been suspended . I found this out from launching GTA IV PC on Steam and logging into GFWL. I don't
understand why I was banned, considering on Thursday (February 22nd) I was playing GTA IV on PC. Why have I been banned due to payment option? Also, let me add, that this is the very first time I've been suspended on Xbox live.

I'm having membership problems too. You can't get any customer service which is some
[Mod Removed]!

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, as this is a billing issue, no one on the forums will be able to assist you.

You will need to contact phone support who can work with you to pay the outstanding amount. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

Be aware that you will not be able to add a gold membership or purchase and items (free or otherwise) until the outstanding amount has been paid.

First question that comes to mind is the credit card you have on file for the account expired possibly?

Honestly, if your account is suspended for billing issues, you can check your account online at
commerce.microsoft.com and ,are sure the payment information is accurate. If that doesn't get you the answers you seek, your next best option is to contact support in your region. They can access
your account information and help figure out what's going on and work with you to fix it. This thread has a listing of the internaional support numbers:

If your suspension is not billing related, you might want to post in the suspension forum so the Enforcement team can respond. They issue the suspenstions for Code of Conduct or Terms of Use violations.

But on the family gold pack i'm an adult. I think the account is suspended due to Payment option.
