Dear, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team

My account got suspended at 11:56:06 PM (eastern time) due to inappropriate communications. I happened to have said one wrong thing in response to a message I received firstly from a fellow player. If you would go back and review the actual messages sent
you'll see that I was in fact not the first to provoke the situation nor was I the one that even started the messaging in the first place. Please do something about this issue so that my services may be returned immediately and that my reputation isn't tarnished.

myself: ur f****n trash kid

him: thanks for ur vc

I assure that I am in the wrong but to be banned for 24 seems unfair especially if I wasn't the one to initiate the conflict. Thanks again, Thaad.

If it was a 24 hour suspension, the XBLPET will not reply to your post, but other have the XBLPET thoroughly explain why you were suspended for more than 24 hours.

@ Smwutches : It has happened in the past where accounts are, in very rare circumstances, unbanned. I have seen it personally happen once.

As for the original poster, you want the Support Forum 14 - My Account Was Suspended that was linked earlier. You will be able to post a topic about your account that will be replied to by an XBLPET Agent most likely within 24 hours with a verification of
what exactly you have been suspended for. If you believe that you are in fact innocent, you can call Microsoft to open a case with the Enforcement Team about the validity of your suspension.

XBLPET will not address a 24 hour suspension. Most of the time its over before they even get to your post.
