Account suffers due to faulty and flawed rep system - Glitch or...

I am sharing my account issues and experiences with the community.

In this album I've posted you will see several screen grabs I made tonight where it shows that there is an issue with the reputation system.

You'll notice how the xbox main profile page lists me as a good player, the enforcement page lists me as a good player, there is also a screen grab of xbox live profile page on my monitor that shows good player standing. All this and I still can not play
any games due to so called negative feedback. You'll notice the game warning. There is a response from the enforcement team informing me that they can not locate my gamertag with any actions against it and then you'll notice my enforcement page where it clearly
lists an action taken. Since Aug 11 they've ignored me completely, I'm sure they feel that they have satisfied my inquiry.

These past few days I've read about and discovered so many cases much better described then what I am doing just now where people have been put into this "avoid me" hell.

Something is definitely off here. At one point today I tried to access my profile page and the glitch error pops up. C'mon. I have that screen grab up as well. There must be something wrong and I believe the enforcement team knows it but they will not admit
it.

The rep system is flawed. I don't even own a headset and I'm being avoided due to bad language. How the hell does that measure up? It's a system we could do without.

Rep system is flawed and means absolutely nothing.

 

It definitely appears you've one of the rare ones that's hit a glitch in the system. I'm not sure why the XBLPET was asking you for your GT when you were PM-ing from it though. Hopefully the XBLPET can correct this issue for you but the discussion should
continue on with them as the Xbox Support staff doesn't handle any enforcement actions.

 

Rep. system is broken. I was moved into the red zone this month, after never dropping below green since the Xbox One's release. I've never been banned or anything of the sort. Players who submit posts and ask about this issue get automated responses that
tell us WHY it happened, as if we don't already look into this issue already.

I made a new account since it has been over a week and I couldn't find games due to the reputation system's pairing feature. So, yea. SUPER DOPE.

Yeah I understand this is the issue for the enforcement team. I am really not looking for anyone to do anything here, I just wanted to share this with everyone. Enforcement team won't do anything because we are not to post anymore on the forums, we are to
apply for a review directly from our personal enforcement page, except the apply for review link is nowhere to be found on the enforcement page. Very confusing.
