    Account Suddenly not connecting on Xbox 360


    My Account isn't logging in xbox 360.

    I receive errors and confirmation requestst in a mobile number that i don't use anymore.

    I putted another number, confirmed another e-mail, but nothing has solved the problem...

    Please Help!

    Are you referring to connecting to connecting to it with Xbox 360 SmartGlass?

    If so, your Xbox 360 should be turned on and you should be signed into Xbox Live, then be signed into the same account on both your Xbox 360 and your smart phone, then it should be able to connect.

    I have the same issue. Suddenly I was disconnected from Live and I could never connect anymore. The XBOX 360 can connect to the router, but cannot access to internet. I tried with another WiFi but it's the same.

    I tried everything as you suggested, but the issue persists. The Xbox One will connect to my mobile hotspot, but not to my Wi-Fi suddenly. My phone, Fire Stick, Xbox 360, and Switch can connect just fine to Wi-Fi.

    HBOgo is not working.

    I have been wondering why my HBO Go app suddenly quit working. It was working on my cell phone. So, I wasn't sure why it wouldn't connect through my Xbox 360. Thank you xsupadupaflyx. Although this solution is a hassle, it works! At least you don't have
    to reconnect your HBO Go account to your Xbox 360. My app now works thanks to your suggestion! Thanks again!

    Xbox 360 suddenly stopped connecting to network.

    OK so I really have no idea what I did differently, but after running the network wizard for the 15th time, it just suddenly started working. Everything is back to automatically acquiring IP, gateway, and DNS.

    I ran the microsoft auto fix it for IP stack corruption and winsock corruption from their site. Plus I restarted my computer 40times. I think me threatening my xbox's and pc's livelihood really solved the problem.

    Anyways, thank you Miss Portia for helping!
